Dominhate – Towards the Light

No Image Available

Trying to blend “the old with the new” and concerning you influenced by the (once) mighty Morbid Angel. “Domination”, “We Must Dominate”…Dominhate…well, the link is certainly there. Music wise as well by the way. The Death Metal is technical and certainly Morbid Angel-like related. The old school, late 1990s, influenced tracks like “The New Wave of Domination” or “King without Crown” do gain some sympathy. It’s not bad and it’s not average, it’s certainly more than that, but to stand out of the pile of releases nowadays, you have to bring something special to the party. Dominhate didn’t do that with this album. (Ricardo)
