It seems to be a trend, 2 track demos. Still, a nice and easy way to get your band noticed. Especially new bands with all the specialized websites like Bandcamp nowadays. Disgraved is such a band. Unknown to me before, but it seems this duo are from France and just formed Disgraved. Although enjoying the nice nature of France, members DM and Korwent have more sympathy towards Scandinavia. Sweden to be more precise. The sound is a bit dusty and at the beginning of “Untoten Whermacht” I cant help it to have a “its a bit thin” thought as well. I do enjoy the use of two different vocals (low growl and a Pentacle- Wannes Gubbles-like grunt) which is a nice variation. I do hope they find a drummer with flesh, bones and a thirst for good Belgium beers, as the drumcomputer does reduce the quality of this demo in my opinion. The songs arent stunning but still decent and good enough to get some underground labels interested. (Ricardo)
